Vadra has worked as a Metalsmith and Mixed Media artist since 1992.
For many years she sold mostly in Hawaii where she was an active member for 12 years at The Maui Crafts Guild, an artist owned cooperative gallery in Paia, Hawaii.
She has worked with a variety of galleries over the years, as well as done trade shows, craft fairs, overseas manufacturing, and participated in the Artisans program at the Four Seasons Hotel.
She owned and operated a craft gallery on Maui at the Garden of Eden Arboretum for 5 years with Maui Artisan Claudia Coonen, before moving to Telluride, Colorado full time.

In the last few years Vadra has been learning a variety of enameling techniques in order to add more color to her pieces and also experimenting with different cold connection techniques.
Vadra grew up in Rochester, New York where she studied classical violin though out childhood and high school. She enjoys reading science fiction, playing music with friends, and enjoying the rich variety of festivals and other events available in her town of Telluride. She is an active member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks & volunteers with both youth and veteran activities, programs, & organizations across the state of Colorado.
