Sapphire is Athena’s daughter. She is quite tall for her age and seems most likely to be more of a strong guard and protector of her community then destined to be a historian and keeper of lore like her mother.

While Athena wishes that Sapphire would stay a little closer to home studying the wisdom of the mermaids like she loved to do as a child, she understands that every young mermaid needs to settle into their own path.

Sapphire spends her days in athletic pursuits like endurance swimming, obstacle course & evasion techniques. She is shaping up to be a great warrior mermaid and has already been granted the privilege of guarding the one of the mermaids treasure chest which is a great honor for one of such young age.
